Microsoft introduced a new API to open Default Apps dialog on Windows 11 2023-04 Cumulative Update. This will improve the fallback experience when "one-click default" does not work.

The above URLs work with Windows 11 even without Apr 2023 Cumulative Update. The extra parameters will be ignored and the top of Default Apps setting will open.

Could you take a look at this? I'll seek another reviewer if you are busy.
