Steps to reproduce:
I added a language in "Webpage Language Settings" windows.
Actual results:
The height of the language box increases, pushing the bottom buttons out of the window and no scroll bar exists. I have to resize the window manually to make the buttons visible.
Expected results:
The height of the language box should not change and there should be a scroll bar in the box after the total height of items exceeds the height of the box. Or the height of the window should increase accordingly after adding a language.
