After https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1778275, the test custom.jsdebugger.stepOver seems to oscillate between 2 values: 320ms and 400ms (for windows, haven't checked other platforms)

We might need to investigate this to get back to a stable baseline.

This actually disappeared when the missing patch from Bug 1778275 landed. Closing as duplicate
