After https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1778275, the test custom.jsdebugger.stepOver seems to oscillate between 2 values: 320ms and 400ms (for windows, haven't checked other platforms)
We might need to investigate this to get back to a stable baseline.

Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1778275
:ochameau, since you are the author of the regressor, bug 1778275, could you take a look? Also, could you set the severity field?

I'm wondering if bug 1837940 has an impact on this?

:Honza Hello! Just reaching out to see if this is a planned fix for Fx 116?
Hey Cieara, this won't land in time for 116 (given that code freeze is on Thursday)
Unless, Alex, did bug 1837940 cause any impact?

This actually disappeared when the missing patch from Bug 1778275 landed. Closing as duplicate
