I was able to reproduce the issue on Win10x64 using FF build 116.0a1(20230621161008) using zoom I was able to see the line on text at zoom on link https://bug1763928.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=9271588.
Verified as fixed on Win10x64/Ubuntu 20.04 using FF build 116.0(20230724170120) and 117.0a1.
