The component will be cropped by default with a show more button that will expand the component to full size and show all snippets

Currently, we have Bug 1838008 for rendering the snippets/highlights content. But we will need to make the actual card component that includes the content itself and the "Show More" button from Bug 1839736, and is expandable/collapsible.
