User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/114.0

Steps to reproduce:

  • Received an email sent by a Gmail account with a PDF attachment
  • Checked that PDF attachment exists when viewing the message in Gmail
  • Tested with Proton account as recipient instead of Gmail account, with same results
  • Tried sending messages with other attachments than PDFs, which came through correctly

Actual results:

Messages received with PDF attachment showed no attachments both in the message list (in the column to show which messages have attachments) and when viewing the message itself.

However, if I click "forward" the editing window for the forwarded message shows the attachment properly, as it does if I use "Edit as a new message"

Expected results:

Emails with PDFs attachments should show that the attachment exists

As a note, I have restarted in Troubleshooting Mode and had the same results.
