If nobody uses the pref, we should remove it.

The pref was introduced in bug 1520983 for making it backed out from release
build with the "Normandy". It was shipped Gecko 90. Therefore, I think that
we don't need the pref, but for making it safe, I'd like to collect the usage
of this pref before completely remove it.
(Note that the pref is available only in Linux and macOS.)
