This is happening because files matching geckoview_example.apk were deleted during a clean up of files in S3. More details to follow. Original task affected by this issue: https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/WCW6ynlxS4eISEuK2MQtDw (file is restored now).

I have a workaround that I published as 5.4.1.dev0 -- you can download this and it should allow you to run GVE builds once :emaydeck has recovered some of the files. This will eventually be released as 5.4.1.
:emaydeck -- please update this bug when the recoverable files have been restored. Thanks for your help!
