The CSS Pseudo-Elements Module Level 4 spec. defines two sub-pseudo-elements for ::first-letter called ::prefix and ::postfix. Those target the preceding and following punctuation within the ::first-letter pseudo-element.

This bug is meant to implement those two sub-pseudo-elements.
