Suggestion from :ayeddi: Is it possible to include an off-screen text like (opens in new tab) in all links within the sidebar that would do it (would not be activated in the same tab)? It’s not a blocker, but an improvement in delightfullness (WCAG advisory technique with examples).

Placeholder bug for now, we will refine the goals here before starting work.
