We still run out of ring buffer on the chartsjs Speedometer test so we should probably make it bigger. Bug 1841891 we'll make sure we're better at not keeping the buffer around.

The patch in bug 1841891 took care of the buffer enlargement, too. This is fixed now.
Follow-up work will happen in bug 1850775.
