Steps to reproduce:

• A user booksmarks a page, which has a certain favicon.
• The page updated its favicon to a new one
• The bookmark keeps using the old favicon, even after visiting the page, now with the new favicon.

I realize this is likely something to do with cache, but is there no way to improve detection of favicon changes?

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

To be clearer: The old favicon is kept in bookmarks, while a new tab visiting the site uses the new one.
