Searching Google simply by entering keywords in the URL Address field is an
excellent feature, which I use all the time. However, very often I also search
other more specialised services such as www.allmusic.com www.imdb.org
www.dictionary.com etc. It would be very nice to be able to search such services
directly from the URL Address field as well.
1) Search Engines configuration
In addition to simply selecting a Default Search Engine from the pre-defined
list of supported search engines, it could be possible to select multiple
additional search engines to be used.
2) Multiple search options from URL Address field
Instead of only having access to 'Search XXX for "XXX"' when entering keywords
in the URL Address field, the drop-down list could also include access to
options for the additional selected search engines.

You can already do this: http://www.mycroft.mozdev.org/

One of the earlier specs
<http://www.mozilla.org/projects/ui/communicator/browser/search/> has this. It's
also bug 84908.
