Once in a while (once a week?) I'll click on a link on CNN.com and I'll get a DNS failure to find www.cnn.com. In all cases I've just loaded a cnn page; it should be cached. This time when it happened I was on a laptop which had DoH turned off.

In all cases, reload instantly works

To debug this, we need to enable logging all the time and stop logging immediately when this issue is triggered.
Randell, if possible, could you try to get a log?
I think the correct MOZ_LOG should be timestamp,rotate:200,nsHostResolver:5,GetAddrInfo:5.
Thanks.

I've started; since this only happens once or twice a week (maybe) across multiple machines, we'll see how long it takes.
