Steps to reproduce:

Tried to enable E2EE on call.element.io.

Actual results:

It says the browser doesn't support E2EE.

Expected results:

RTCRtpScriptTransform has been added to 117. However, OSs below Windows 10 are stuck on 115 ESR.

If it is possible for RTCRtpScriptTransform to be backported to the ESR branch, it will enable users on older OSs to benefit from end to end encryption for videoconferencing.
