The current Firefox default version is still at 114. Need to set the default to 116 and add 117 to the version picker. Once Firefox 117 is released, the default should be reset to 117 and 118 should be added to the version picker.

Summary: Set Firefox 116 as the default and add Version 117 to the version picker. → Update the default Firefox version and add Version 117 to the version picker.

Version 117 was added; still need to add Version 118 (for the current Firefox Beta). There's a problem with the version picker since 117 is listed twice. (Edit) I just checked in Google Chrome and the bottom 117 entry is the default but it doesn't work. The bottom 117 entry should be removed and the top 117 entry should be made the default.

I just checked https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/credit-card-autofill in Google Chrome. The article should have content {for fx117} in the note at the top. The bottom Version 117 entry is used by default and it doesn't work. When I switch to the top Version 117 entry, the correct {for fx117} content is displayed.

On the extra Firefox Version 117 entry at the bottom that doesn't work. I remember an earlier problem with Firefox Version 113 that happened because the versions in admin were not set up properly. See bug 1836594 comment 3 (mobile was labeled fx113 and desktop was labeled m113)

Lucas, can you take a look?

Hey Alice! Just a quick heads-up, I'll be bringing up the duplicated v117 entry in the version picker during our next Content Sync on Wednesday. Plus, I've added v118 so we can start using it for any future beta content.

Lucas, thanks for the update. Make sure to update the default Firefox version to the top 117 entry, so Nightly 119 and other browsers like Chrome see the correct content for articles that include content {for fx117}, like https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/credit-card-autofill

Lucas, I see you removed Version 101 and 102 from the Firefox version picker. You need to add back 102 since we still support Firefox 102 esr. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/knowledge-base-articles/711388#post-67193

My bad, Alice! Just added 102 back to the picker.

I resolved this in the admin - if we had articles that had the lower 117 assigned, they may need re-categorized. I'll see if I can find any, but this bug should be squashed!
