The pop-up blocker should allow user to say for a given website: "load on background". The pop-up will be requested, loaded (so if it wants to send a message to the main window it can) but not displayed, to prevent disturbing user. Of course that would take some passband, but at least the annoying messages that the website can display will stop. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
