Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Auto hide start bar on windows. 2.Full Screen Mozilla 3.Now try getting the start bar to pop up with the mouse. Actual Results: Start bar does not pop up. Expected Results: Should allow start bar to appear like it does normally. Windows ME. Bug can be reproduced on any of the Mozilla builds I've used (I've been following mozilla since before v. 1.0 came out).
