When you open an e-mail attachment or start the download of a file, you are
presented with a dialog asking if you want to open with the associated program
or save the file to disk. There is also a button allowing you to change which
program you wish to open this file type with.

If you change the program to something with a moderately long path (in my case,
"C:\Program Files\Corel\WordPerfect Office 2002\Programs\wpwin10.exe"), the
lower half of the dialog (and the buttons) will get pushed down, which leaves
the buttons cut off by the bottom of the non-resizable dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Recieve a file by e-mail.
2. Double-click on the attachment.
3. Select the Choose... button
4. Browse to an application with a longish pathname.

Actual Results:
The lower half of the dialog was pushed down by the long pathname.

Expected Results:
Either the pathname should have been cut off (perhaps displaying only the
application name, WPWIN10.EXE), or the dialog should have resized to handle the
longer path.
