This bug was encountered on Windows ME.  Import of address book failed on mail
list groups.  The top level email addys got imported, but only the names of the
email list groups got captured.  All of the mail-list targets were missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.import address book from outlook (both Outlook Expres and Outlook)
2.bring up mozilla address book
3.look at mailing list entries - they will all be empty, only the list names
have been included.

Actual Results:  
no mail list email addys

Expected Results:  
the mailing lists should have been populated with email addys, ie, the list 
"mensgroup", composed of email addys aaa@xx.com, bbbb@xx.com, .... was imported as
"mensgroup" with no addys.

This import was run under Windows ME.  Do not know of results on Win 98 or
later. Sorry.
