Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 I operate Mozilla in fully tabbed mode (always showing tabs) with the Optimoz gestures (slightly modified to provide more tab-related gestures). When viewing many tabs (between 20 and 35 or so), many of them containing images, at an arbitrary but inevitable time, the content and tab-row areas cease update. That is, whatever they were displaying when the problem started remains. If I scroll, the new page content is visible in areas scrolled to (but not the whole page). If I hilight (with ctrl+A or the mouse), text and images "hidden" by the lack of updating appear, but the surrounding background remains unrefreshed. At this point, the browser is clearly unusable, but I can navigate semi-blind to the groupmark tool and save my tabs. Upon exiting and restarting Mozilla, I can use the groupmark to return to the same tabs flawlessly. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: The reproducability is nontrivial - Mozilla has usually been up for a few hours. 1. Navigate to ~5 pages containing a variety of links, preferably some pointing to images. 2. Open several links per page, rapidly switching between the plethora of link tabs. 3. At some point upon the opening of one more tab, nothing will happen visually. Actual Results: The content area will be unupdated, and will remain that way until the browser is restarted. Expected Results: The content of the new tab should have been displayed, as should the content of all subsequent tabs/pages viewed. Theme: Classic Using modified Optimoz gestures (tab-based gestures added/changed at a superficial level) Include both English and Japanese language support Latest drivers and service pack installed
