Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20030108 Phoenix/0.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20030108 Phoenix/0.5 when hovering over a link with a TITLE text it is shown as expected, though when you move your mouse over another link with TITLE text i would expect (it works this way in IE and Mozilla) to instantly show the new TITLE text. actually you have to wait for the old one to disappear and since this time is rather long this is anoying phpAdmin is a good example to try this ... it uses TITLE text to show number of rows in a table in the table list Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. hover over a link with a TITLE text 2. move to another link with a TITLE text Actual Results: old text stays Expected Results: show the new text imediately strictly speaing no bug but change of behaviour
could you give us a url of a site where this happens
