When I select "print all" only 1 page gets printed. When I check "preview print" it only sees the first page, the 2nd page cannot be previewed. Expected Results: Two pages should be printed.

Stumbled upon this bug when searching for another one. The cause is the page's frameset. There are a few other bugs related to this which I guess this could be duped against. The simple workaround is to right-click, select "Show only this frame" and then print it.
