When printing most pages, a fine border prints around the first page (usually on
my printer I only see top, left, bottom, but PS shows all four). All following
pages are fine. This is really ugly and happens for as long as I can think.
I don't see it in Windows.

Looks the issue is PostScript-module only.
Reporter:
Workaround/solution is to use the Xprint module as described in
http://www.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.0.2/#xprint

The fix for bug 80190 contained a fix for this problem.
