English pages look much better then Hebrew ones. Chimera is slightly better then mozilla, but still pretty bad. I am attaching screen shots of the same page, comparing Mozilla, Chimera, And Apple's Safari. (In this page they happen to be using the same font- but non of the above browsers let the user select the Hebrew font used. See bug 110655 for the Gecko browsers.) Shouldn't this be solved when bug 121540 is implemented ?

I am not sure. How well does ATSUI deal with non-roman non-system local text rendering? OSX has no Hebrew local- just a unicode keyboard for Hebrew.

This is probably a dup of bug 121540, rather than a dependent on it.

Can someone attach a screenshot of how ATSUI renders Lucida Granade (Hebrew glyphs ofcourse).

I don't see any difference in font quality between current trunk (on the left) and Safari (on the right).
