User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212

An e-mail that contained a "To:" list with multiple e-mails was imported and generated a single e-mail address containing all e-mails.

i.e.
To: "Joe Bloggs" <"joe.bloggs@some.server.com"> ; "Al Bundy" <"al.bundy@some.server.com">
generated:
To: "Joe Bloggs ; Al Bundy" <"Joe Bloggs ; Al Bundy">

After looking at actual e-mail in outlook some addresses appeared to no longer have entries in the address book, others had an SMTP address.

Note: This was an old e-mail that I sent and archived, thus no header information other than what is provided. The .pst file was an archive, thus no address book information may have been available.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
I'd need to attach my .pst file which was huge and contained personal information.
Actual Results:
To: "Joe Bloggs ; Al Bundy" <"Joe Bloggs ; Al Bundy">

Expected Results:
To: "Joe Bloggs" <"joe.bloggs@some.server.com"> ; "Al Bundy" <"al.bundy@some.server.com">
The offending e-mail is dated year 2000.
