Talkback is missing from the trunk builds for 2003013122 and 2003020104 (both the sea and stub net installer). The talkback.xpi is 941 bytes (should be ~805k). Talkback is included in the 2003013108 build. I don't know if this is build config's fault, but it's as good a place to start as any.

Talkback actually resides in the commercial tree and doesn't get uploaded until the commercial build finishes. Apparently, there's some commercial tree bustage that needs to be fixed.

This appears to be fixed.
