Phoenix prefers to hard-center the page or table of hotbot.com
resulting in left-edge of page not displayed if the browser
window is made small. In such a case Left edge cannot be shown 
even if sliders are used.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. www.hotbot.com
2. reduce window size to about 500 pixels wide (on a 1024x768 screen)
3.
Actual Results:  
Phoenix centers the page.
Left hand edge shifts off-screen.

Expected Results:  
Left hand edge should stay put.

IE5/Mac & safari are both locking the content to the left... Initial glance at
the CSS doesn't show anything that jumps out at me as a valid reason for this
behavior... Give me a few to distill all that css to a test case

Confirming Layout - It appears to be a combination of the relative positioning
and the margin:auto declaration (see testcase). 

Note: in the process of making the testcase I threw a border on the remaining
div to highlight its size and the bug suddenly vanished - This behavior is
highlighted in the testcase.
