"Preferences..." was recently renamed to "Options", but the "..." part is missing. It seems to be a de-facto standard to use "..." for menu items that will display a modal dialog window. It's also inconsistent to not use "..." for Options, since "Page Setup..." and "Manage Bookmarks..." is using it.
