There is no keyboard shortcut to shift focus from the location bar to the
content area. The only way to move out of the location bar is to use the mouse.
I would expect the TAB key to accomplish the desired shift in focus.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Either use the mouse or type CTRL-L to move focus into the location bar.
2. Try to move focus out of the location bar (to the content area) without
using the mouse. For example, press TAB.
Actual Results:
When TAB is pressed from within the location bar, the contents of the location
bar are highlighted.
Expected Results:
I would expect that pressing TAB from within the location bar would shift focus
to the content area.
