This is probably a dup, but I'm not sure what terms to search for. I only know
it looks wrong. This page looked fine with 1.2.1 on XP, but after I loaded
1.3b, it looks wrong. If anyone has trouble reproducing this I can provide
screenshots.

Yes. Bug 186593 is about the same issue. This is a dup.
