I have tried the same url in Internet Explorer and the latest release of Safari
and it works properly. In the version of Chimera that I am using, the chat
window is not drawn properly, but most importantly, after I get the message that
an online agent is available, nothing else happens. I am unable to chat with
the agent.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the intuit web site
2.click on the QuickBooks 2003 link
3.click on the link for any product
4. scroll to the bottom of the selected page and click on "Chat with Sales Advisor"
5. Initiate a session by enetering all requested into.
Actual Results:
The session hangs
Expected Results:
Once an agent is available, it should allow me to enter my questions in a
seesion window
