Sure, other applications (including konqueror and mozilla 1.3a) display this (and any other hebrew pages) correctly. I will try to compile a tar.gz (not rpm) version of 1.3b... maybe this would work...

Compiled it on RH72 - no problem with hebrew, no problem at all. Works great. Will try to compile with gcc296 on RH80 to see if it's compiler related...

I downgraded from 1.3b to 1.3a and was working happily with hebrew untill 1.3 came out. Installed 1.3 and guess what - no more hebrew. 1.3a worked great... What the heck happened to hebrew since 1.3b !!! ???

Installed new 1.3 - same effect. Is anybody using Mozilla 1.3 and hebrew ? Is anybody interested in fixing this bug at all ? I'm willling to provide whatever information you need to fix this bug, bug nobody seems to give a ****...

For me Mozilla 1.3 on RH 71 displays Hebrew just fine with TrueType and PCF fonts.

I am working with 1.5 on both debian unstable and gentoo, and Hebrew is fine here. Reporter, are you still seeing this with 1.5?
