I chose not to have messages moved to a Junk folder, but the Junk folder was still created. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Turn on junk mail controls for an account, but don't enable 'Move incoming messages determined to be junk to:' Actual Results: Junk folder was created Expected Results: Junk folder should not be created until the first time I enable 'Move incoming messages determined to be junk to:'
mass re-assign.

In 1.4 on W2K this now works as expected.
