RFE: option to accept all session cookies and ask for persistent cookies

As a privacy issue I don't bother so much about cookies that are saved only for
the session (used by many sites instead of URL-rewriting). But I don't really
like persistent cookie and therefore activated the option to ask be before
storing a cookie.
So I would very appreciate an option, that advises Mozilla to accept all session
cookies without asking and to ask before saving any persistent cookies!
