User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 Mozilla Mail is set to retrieve mail from my mail POP servers every 5 minutes. But when a server error occurs, like "POP server busy", a message box is displayed with this message and no mail retrieval is started ever after! So when I return to my pc, I have to click the message away and manually start retrieving my mail from the servers. The error is only temporary, so I would like to have Mozilla continue trying to get mail from the server Possible solutions are: - display errors in a separate log window. - display every error in a separate message box (causing a probable cludge on the desktop) BUT IN ANY CASE: keep the mail retrieval going! :-) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open the Mail window 2.Wait until an error occurs on the POP server 3.See an error message box appear 4. Mail retrieval stops Actual Results: The message box is waiting for acknowledgement Expected Results: Keep the mail retrieval process going
Confirming on Linux build 2003121209.
