Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Noticed that every time I closed a window in Mozilla a 5 -6 sec burst of hard drive activity would occur. Determined that Moz is performing I/O on a bookmark-1.html file. Bookmark file is approx 450 KB in size. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open mozilla 2.open a second window 3.close the second window Actual Results: Causes the hard drive activity to occur Expected Results: Just close the second window
This bug has since been fixed. It's a duplicate of bug 182373, which was in turn marked a dupe of bug 180516. Duping against 180516, unless anyone can confirm that this behavior still happens in new Mozilla builds. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 180516 ***
