This behavior involves the moz-user-select:all style. we need it to be atomicly
selectable. Also added in this patch is the ability to click outside the link
if it is the first or last frame on a line.
need to land this. if we can we go back and check it into 1.4 as well

This patch applies cleanly to the 1.4 branch.
It does NOT apply to the trunk.
I would appreciate some more details what this patch is supposed to do.
