I am unable to get Mozilla 1.3 - Linux Build (RPM) to play custom WAV sounds in
the Notification preference setting. I provide a path to .WAV files and select
various sounds - when I click Preview, only the system beep sound is output.
Also, as new mail arrives, again only the system beep is audible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a custom wav file in the Notifications > Custom Wav file
2. Click Preview
3.

Actual Results:
Only the System Beep sound is produced. The custom WAV sound is never produced.

Expected Results:
Should have played the custom WAV file in place of the System Beep
