Trunk build 2003-03-25: WinXP, Mac 10.1.5, Linux RH 8 Overview: In the mail 3pane window select the Window menu and all application menu items are disabled (i.e. Navigator, Mail & Newsgroups, Composer etc...). Expected Results: All Window menu items should be enabled. Additional Information: The Window menu items appear enabled from the Browser, Composer, Address Book and New Message Compose window so it appears to be a Mail 3pane issue.

caused by my checkin for but #194918 I've landed a fix from neil (in a patch he sent me).
