If you have the supportDDEExec option "true" in prefs, then any links clicked in
any application external to Mozilla opens that link in a new window. However,
links clicked in Mozilla mail messages open the URL in a current window/tab,
disregarding the supportDDEExec option

This is obviously not a dupe. supportDDEExec is totally solid now for the
browser. This bug pertains specifically to Mozilla Mail.

Mail doesn't use DDE. SupportDDEExec is meaningless there. That will change when
browser and mail are separated, but until then this is invalid.
