Bug 217004 sometimes table renderes wrong depending on time the script needs
has some interesting testcases, with adjustable delay

I suggest marking this as a meta bug. The problem in most cases is the rendering
of a table starts before all information has been received for that table.
Especially over slow connections. Reloading the page will usually fix layout errors.
Additional dependencies: Bug 202837; Bug 212120; Bug 216868; Bug 217369

We don't need a metabug for this. We already use {inc} in the summary. There's
not one single fix for this type of bug, and I think the use of {inc} is easier
to use, doesn't generate as much spam, and has already been used for around five
years.

Closing due to no activity for nearly 2 years.
As dbaron said, please use {inc} in the Summary field instead.
Most of those should be fixed now anyway, by bug 300030.
