This is kind of like the proxies feature in IE. I request that we allow
configuration of proxies based on the _current_ outgoing interface. This is
important for mobile users.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit-> prefs
2. Advanced->proxies
Actual Results:
You can only configure one single proxy for ALL connections. damn.

nice idea. we could at least have multiple configurations available... maybe
the user could select the configuration from a drop-down menu. that might be nice.
at any rate, i don't have any time to work on this now. futuring...
