It did work in 1.3. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open message composition window 2.Compose message 3.Press Ctrl+Enter (or, as stated in file menu, Crtl+Return) Actual Results: The cursor goes to the next line down, as if only the "Enter" button was pressed. Expected Results: Mozilla send the message; or, if the pref is checked, prompt the user for confirmation to send the message. I've uncheck the pref to confirm, when using this shortcut, and still ran into this bug. I tried the File menu, and that worked.

I'm confirming the same results under Win98SE.

Also present under Linux (RH 7.3)

Changing OS from 'Windows XP' to 'All'.
