<darin> hmm.. getFileFromURLSpec claims to accept UTF8 <darin> but that isn't really true <darin> the input string had better be URL-escaped ASCII <darin> and any non-ASCII chars had better be in the platform charset <darin> hmm <darin> necko should allow UTF-8 here
