Details
For Mac OS X, the makefile in xpfe/bootstrap currently constructs the
Mozilla.app package, by copying all of dist/bin in there. Apparently, we have
some daily build script stuff that removes some of it later.
We need to get Mac OS X using a packages-macho file, and remove the special-case
package cleaning that happens later.
