Using the composer the user should be able to add, remove or modify frame properties. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Edit any html page with frame in composer 2. 3. Actual Results: The composer was not able to edit the html page. It was behaving like a browser, i.e on clicking links it was going to the linked web page. Expected Results: Composer can edit the html page like html editor DreamWeaver provided by Macro Media.
