Details
Mozilla Firebird 04/29 and Mozilla 05/01 on Windows XP.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add #c0 to the end of the URL using the address bar.
2. Press enter.
3. Try to bookmark the page (including the hash) by dragging the proxy icon onto
the Bookmarks Toolbar.
Result: You can't, because the proxy icon is disabled.
Expected: The proxy icon should be reactivated after the page scrolls to the
correct position. (It is reactivated if pressing enter causes the browser to
load a different page, but not if it only causes the browser to scroll within
the page.)
Workaround: Reload.
I ran into this while trying to bookmark the most recent post in an active
Webmasterworld thread. That way, when I returned, I could easily start reading
from the last post I had seen.

WFM in Firefox trunk. I have no idea how this ended up in the SeaMonkey product.

I stumbled on this by accident. WFM in Firefox 3.5, too. Shouldn't this bug be closed now? (It's still "NEW".)
