A new mail windows is opened with just a close button in the titlebar, no min and max buttons, and a size not determined from the saved mail window size/location prefs. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: See desc. Expected Results: Opened a mail window as if it were opened from the icon in the borwser status bar
