This happens after the image has been scrolled down to on the intellicast window. I don't think this is isolated to this URL but will happen with any URL containing the "time zone" graphic. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open a tab for any URL 2.open a second tab for http://www.intellicast.com/Local/USNationalWide.asp?loc=usa&seg=LocalWeather&prodgrp=RadarImagery&product=Radar&prodnav=none&pid=none 3. scroll down on the weather map until you reach the time zone graphic 4. return to the other tab and you will find the graphic overlaying a portion of this screen Actual Results: The overlay appeared on this very screen about 2/3 of the way from the top. When I scroll the graphic replicates itself and it covers down the page. Expected Results: Not shown this unrelated graphic at all.
